Alustasime otsingutega 2021 ja leidsime midagi v\u00e4ga huvitavat \u2013 \u201cStora Enso Biokomposiit\u201d. Mis teeb selle huvitavaks? Nimelt on see valmistatud (bio) plastist ja kuni 50% ulatuses puidukiust, mis omakorda on p\u00e4rit heaperemehelikult majandatud metsadest.<\/p>\n

Biokomposiidist valmistatud tooted on kerged kuid tugevad. Looduslikud kiud on madala tihedusega, mille tulemuseks on suurem erit\u00f5mbetugevus ja \u2013 j\u00e4ikus kui klaaskiul. Materjal sobib kasutamiseks survevalutehnoloogias ja on taaskasutatav kuni seitse korda ilma mehaanilisi omadusi kaotamata.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Biokomposiidil on palju erinevaid kasutusvaldkondasid \u2013 m\u00f6\u00f6bel, interj\u00f6\u00f6r, laondusest logistikani, t\u00f6\u00f6stuskomponendid, tarbekaubad, elustiilitooted ja toiduga kokkupuutuvad n\u00f5ud.<\/p>\n

Vesimentor alustab biokomposiidi testimist 2022 aasta alguses ja meie eesm\u00e4rk on v\u00e4lja selgitada, kas seda materjali saab kasutada ka valgustit\u00f6\u00f6stuses. Sellisest materjalist tootmine on kulut\u00f5hus ja v\u00f5imaldab v\u00e4hendada negatiivset m\u00f5ju keskkonnale kuni 80%. Leiame, et biokomposiitide kasutuselev\u00f5tt on v\u00e4ga suur samm v\u00e4hendamaks \u00fclemaailmset plastiku kasutamist.<\/p>\n

Stora Enso missioon on luua biokomposiitmaterjalile ringluss\u00fcsteem. S\u00fcsteem h\u00f5lmaks toodete tagasiv\u00f5tmist koost\u00f6\u00f6s plasti survevalu tootjate, l\u00f5pptarbijate ja taaskasutajatega.<\/p>\n
